Puja Booking & Services
1. Booking Process
- You can book puja services through our online booking form or by calling us directly at +91 9752041540.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking and discuss details.
- Booking is confirmed only after we acknowledge it via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
2. Payment Terms
- Puja service charges are communicated at the time of booking.
- Advance payment may be required for certain pujas.
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
- Full payment is required before the completion of the puja.
- For online bookings, the customer is responsible for any transaction fees.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your puja with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled puja for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 72 hours may attract partial charges.
- No-Show: No refund will be provided for no-shows on the scheduled date.
- Cancellation by Us: In rare cases, if we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or an alternative date.
4. Puja Performer
- All pujas are performed by Pandit Rahul Sharma or his trained associates.
- We reserve the right to assign another qualified pandit in case of emergency.
- Puja timings are aligned with Vedic muhurat and may vary based on the specific ritual.
Puja Duration & Timings
- Puja durations vary based on the type of ritual, typically ranging from 1 to 5 hours.
- Exact timing will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Pujas are performed at temples in Ujjain, primarily Mangalnath Temple, Mahakal Temple, and Angareshwar Temple.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by temple authorities, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Online & Live Streaming Pujas
- For online bookings, we provide live streaming of the puja via WhatsApp or Zoom.
- We will share the live streaming link before the puja begins.
- Video recording of the puja may be provided upon request (subject to availability).
- We are not responsible for technical issues with your internet connection during live streaming.
- Prasad will be shipped to your address (shipping charges may apply).
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal information, including name, contact details, and birth details.
- Be available on the scheduled date and time for your puja.
- Inform us of any specific requirements or concerns beforehand.
- Treat our pandit and staff with respect.
- Follow temple rules and protocols during on-site pujas.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Pandit Rahul Sharma and Purjit Enterprises. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
- Our puja services are performed with utmost sincerity and Vedic authenticity.
- However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, as these depend on multiple factors beyond our control.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific puja service.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
